A New York native, Rhonda has lived in Marlton for over 20 years. She's a wife and mother of three adult children, and a real estate investor herself, so she brings both roots and firsthand experience to every deal.

Her professional background is in corporate banking and technology, where she works as an Assistant Vice President managing large projects across multiple teams, a role that sharpened her ability to plan, negotiate, and stay steady under pressure. But it was her own years as an investor that opened her eyes to something bigger. Buying and building her own portfolio gave her a taste of the freedom and confidence that comes from taking that leap, and she found herself wanting other women to feel that same possibility. Becoming a licensed REALTOR® was her way of embracing that entrepreneurial spirit fully, not just for herself, but to help pave the way for other women ready to build something of their own.
